Workday Learning analytics and SCORM tracking
Workday Learning records learning assignments and packaged-content results. Honen can add a closer view of course progress and topic mastery. Connect the course through the Honen and Workday Learning integration.
What Workday can record

Workday tracks Not Started, In Progress, and Completed status. A package with an assessment can also send summary pass/fail and score data. Workday's learning reports show the tracking values the package and tenant provide. For question-level interaction reporting, an administrator must enable the relevant tenant option and the package must send those interactions.
Do not treat a blank score as proof that a learner did nothing. The package may not have sent a score, or the lesson settings may not use it for the course grade.
What Honen adds
Honen can show progress inside its course and topic-level mastery data. Use this detail to find a lesson that needs revision. Keep Workday as the record for assignment and completion. If your organization uses a separate learning record store, plan xAPI forwarding as its own integration; Workday's SCORM package route does not make it an xAPI destination.

Make reports dependable
- Set the completion rule before you assign the course.
- Test a passing and a failing learner path.
- Close and reopen the package to check resume.
- Compare the Workday record with Honen course data.
SCORM sends completion, pass/fail, score, time, and resume data through the open browser session. It does not create a server-to-server grade stream after the course closes. Workday recommends independent package testing.
Write feedback learners can use
Keep feedback short. State one action per sentence and use consistent terms. Honen can help draft and review this controlled-language style. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms; there is no automatic conformance score.
