Start with a defined learning task

An HR team might need a course on a revised leave policy. Gather the approved policy, examples, and the effective date. Name the action a learner must take after the course. Keep superseded documents out of the source set.

Workday accepts SCORM packages as course media lessons. Check that your tenant has packaged content enabled before authoring to a delivery date.

Draft, check, and approve

1. Upload the approved files to Honen or give it a focused prompt.
2. Generate a short sequence of lessons and practice questions.
3. Check each rule, date, link, and answer against the source.
4. Ask for short sentences, active verbs, and one instruction per step.
5. Have a qualified reviewer check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms when controlled language is required.

Deliver and revise

Export SCORM 1.2 or a tested SCORM 2004 edition. Add the ZIP to a media lesson in a Workday digital or blended course. Launch it as a test learner and confirm completion and scoring.
