Compliance training content for Workday Learning
Use Honen to build a reviewed policy or safety course, then deliver it in Workday Learning as SCORM. Workday keeps assignment and completion records; Honen holds the course that you update. See the Honen and Workday Learning integration.
Build from approved rules

Common subjects include privacy, workplace conduct, onboarding, and safety procedures. Start with the current approved rule, its owner, and its effective date. Write a learning objective that states the action a learner must take. Add a check that tests that action. Do not generate a rule from an old slide or an informal note.
For a safety course, a reviewer must check each hazard, condition, and required action. Use a short sentence and an active verb. Keep one instruction per step and use the same term for the same object. Honen can help draft and review this controlled-language style. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms.
Change a policy in one place
When the rule changes, revise the Honen course and approve the new version. Honen's live SCORM package loads current content on a later launch without a new ZIP upload to Workday. Re-test a material change. Keep your own approval record and note which learners completed which course version. A live update does not rewrite a completed learner's historical Workday result.
Check records before an audit
Workday tracks package status and summary assessment results. Confirm the package's completion rule, pass threshold, and score behavior with a test learner. SCORM sends completion, pass/fail, score, time, and resume data while the course is open. The exact Workday record depends on tenant settings and package behavior.
For question-level responses, Workday requires packaged-content interaction reporting to be enabled and the package to send the data. Do not assume a compliance report includes every answer by default.
