Honen, Articulate, and iSpring for Oracle Learning

Honen, Articulate, and iSpring can create SCORM content for Oracle Learning. Choose the tool that fits the authoring task and test its package in your tenant. See Honen with Oracle Learning for the supported paths.

Articulate documents Connected Packages in Rise 360 Labs. Honen's packages are live by default, but it would be wrong to say no other authoring tool can update connected content. iSpring documents AI authoring, quizzes, and simulation tools.

Choose for the course

Use Articulate Storyline when you need fine control over branching and visual interactions. Use iSpring when slide fidelity and a familiar PowerPoint workflow matter. Use Honen when your team needs a draft from source material, a tutor, and course-level learning detail. Oracle's own catalog now also describes agentic learning; check the options available in your tenant.

Every tool needs review. Check facts, warnings, and answer keys. Write short, active steps with consistent terms. Honen can help draft and review controlled language, but a qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. Compare the reviewed output for the same learner task.

Export a tested SCORM version. SCORM reports through the open browser session. Where 26A cmi5 self-paced learning is enabled, Oracle also accepts cmi5; assess that route separately.
