Which LMS integration do you need?
Start with the LMS you already use. Confirm the paths its current tenant supports. Then choose the path that returns the learning record your team needs. Honen can build the course, keep it current, and deliver it through a supported route. Open the integration directory for platform-specific guides.
Choose by the LMS capability

| If your LMS... | Start with... | Check before release |
|---|---|---|
| Accepts a SCORM ZIP | SCORM 1.2 or 2004 | The edition, launch window, completion rule, and learner resume |
| Accepts cmi5 packages | cmi5 | Tenant support and LRS statements |
| Offers an LTI 1.3 tool launch | LTI 1.3 | Which optional roster and grade services are enabled |
| Has no supported package or tool launch | A different delivery plan | The LMS vendor's current integration options |
SCORM is a practical first test for many corporate LMSs. It sends data while the course is open. LTI 1.3 can support a deeper link, but grade and roster access depend on the platform services. 1EdTech explains LTI Core and LTI Advantage. cmi5 defines an LMS launch and xAPI record flow; read the ADL cmi5 guide before you choose it.
Choose by the record you need
If your LMS must show completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data, test a SCORM package first. If you need server-to-server grades, check LTI Assignment and Grade Services. If your analytics team needs detailed events in its own LRS, configure xAPI forwarding as a separate data path. Do not assume xAPI by itself creates a course launch in the LMS. The SCORM, cmi5, xAPI, and LTI guide explains each path.
Keep the writing under control
Build from approved source files. Ask Honen to draft lessons and checks. Review every fact and action. Use short sentences and one term for one object. If ASD-STE100 applies to your documents, have a qualified editor check its dictionary and rules. A percentage of compliance cannot be inferred from the writing style alone.
Next step
Browse the Honen integration directory. Select your LMS, confirm the path in its guide, and test it with a learner account.
