AI course creator for Thought Industries customer learning
Honen can make a draft lesson from approved product material. Your team checks it, then delivers the reviewed course through Thought Industries. See Honen for Thought Industries for the integration overview.
Build one customer outcome

Choose a task that a new customer must complete. Give Honen a current guide and a clear audience. Review the draft outline, UI names, examples, and quiz answers with a product owner. Test a tutor question whose answer is absent from the source. The reply must not invent a product setting.
Use active verbs, short sentences, and one approved term for each feature. Put one action in each instruction. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms.
Pick a course shape
Thought Industries offers standalone SCORM and a SCORM page inside a native course. The native course route can add discussions, resources, and other pages around the Honen lesson. The standalone route uses the package's completion rule and has fewer native reporting options. Select the shape before you set the customer journey and completion policy.
If you plan to distribute a Thought Industries course into a customer's own LMS, Thought Industries SCORM Connect is a separate premium feature. It does not describe how a Honen package is imported. Keep these paths distinct in your rollout plan.
Prove the outcome
Launch with a test customer. Complete the lesson, pause and resume it, and inspect the course result. SCORM reports while the course is open. Use Honen lesson activity to find a confusing step, then ask the source owner to approve a correction. Test the revised lesson before customers see it.
