SAP SuccessFactors Learning analytics and tracking with Honen

SAP SuccessFactors Learning tracks assignments and completion. Honen can add detail about how learners use the Honen course. Connect the two with a tested SCORM launch. Start with the Honen and SAP Learning integration.

QuestionUse
Was the assigned item completed?SAP Learning item and learning history
What result did the SCORM course report?SAP Learning's recorded status and score
Which lesson needs revision?Honen course analytics and content review

SAP's learner help describes assignments and learning history. Read SAP's learner guidance. SCORM reports through a browser API while the course is open. Read SAP's SCORM API explanation. Completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data depend on the package and item configuration. Do not treat an unfinished browser session as a final grade.

Set up a useful review cycle

  1. Define the completion rule and passing score before export.
  2. Test a pass, a fail, and an interrupted session as a learner.
  3. Compare the SAP record with the Honen course result.
  4. Revise unclear lessons and retest the live package.

Honen can help you draft short, direct sentences with one instruction per step and consistent terms. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. No tool can certify the draft by itself. A qualified editor must approve technical terms and controlled-language rules. If your organization has a separate LRS, review xAPI forwarding as a distinct project; do not assume the SAP tenant is an LRS.
