Compliance training content for SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Use Honen to draft training for SAP SuccessFactors Learning, then require a policy owner to approve it before assignment. A live SCORM package lets later launches load an approved update. See Honen with SAP Learning.
Build from controlled sources

Common examples include site safety, data handling, incident reporting, and onboarding. Start with the policy ID, effective date, owner, and audience. Write one observable task for each lesson. For an incident-reporting course, the learner might identify which event to report, who receives the report, and when to submit it. Do not let the draft invent a deadline or legal duty.
Honen can help you draft short, direct sentences with one instruction per step and consistent terms. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. No tool can certify the draft by itself. For regulated training, keep the approved source and review record with the course version.
Publish and update carefully
- Have the subject expert approve the lesson and assessment.
- Export a Honen SCORM package and import it into SAP Learning.
- Test completion and pass or fail with a learner account.
- When policy changes, edit the Honen course, record the approval, and test a new launch.
The live package can load current Honen content without another ZIP upload. If an audit requires learners to repeat training, make that assignment decision in SAP Learning. A content edit alone does not prove that an earlier learner saw the new version.
Check the record
SAP Learning manages the item and learner history. SCORM can report completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data during the open course session. SAP describes its SCORM API. Compare the SAP record with the course result after a test run. SAP describes how learners start and complete assigned online content.
