Turn PDFs, slides, and video into SAP SuccessFactors Learning courses
Honen can use source files to draft lessons for a course delivered through SAP Learning. Start with approved material and verify every fact before export. See Honen with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
From a PDF procedure

Suppose a ten-page procedure covers equipment inspection. Give Honen the current PDF and ask for a short lesson for each task. The draft may include a sequence, a stop-work decision, and a knowledge check. The procedure owner checks every instruction and warning.
From presentation slides
Slides often contain fragments. Ask Honen to turn each key point into one full instruction. Remove duplicate points. Replace vague verbs such as “understand” with observable actions such as “identify” or “record.” Have a reviewer check that the course does not add requirements absent from the slides.
From a video demonstration
Use the approved video as evidence for the task sequence. Ask for a transcript-based outline, practice questions, and a short recap. Check the transcript against the video. Add captions and a text alternative where needed.
Apply controlled language and deliver
Honen can help you draft short, direct sentences with one instruction per step and consistent terms. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. No tool can certify the draft by itself. Build the final lesson, assessment, and tutor context in Honen.
Export a SCORM package for the version your SAP tenant supports. SAP documents its SCORM launch methods and content import flow. See SAP's launch methods and import steps. Test the complete learning item with a learner before assignment.
