AI course creator for Rippling Learning
Honen can draft lessons, practice, and a tutor from approved files. Rippling Learning accepts uploaded SCORM packages. See Honen with Rippling Learning for the delivery limits.
Start with a real training need

For a new-hire security course, gather the current access policy, approved screenshots, and escalation steps. Ask Honen to draft a short sequence and decision checks. Remove old rules from the source set. Check every generated answer against the policy before release.
Write each instruction with an active verb. Keep one action per step and use the same term for the same tool. Honen can help draft and review controlled-language prose. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms.
Use Rippling's assignment controls
Rippling says course assignments can use employee attributes through Supergroups. It also describes reminders and enrollment reports for progress, completion, and overdue training. After you approve the Honen course, decide which employees need it by role or location. Test the assignment rule with a small group before rollout. Rippling describes these controls in its custom-courses announcement.
Export with a tenant test
Rippling's public material confirms SCORM upload but does not publish the accepted edition or file limit. Ask your administrator which package to export. Upload it to a test course. Launch as a learner and compare the Rippling enrollment report with completion, score, time, and resume values from the package. A Honen thin package loads current content on a later launch; test this hosted behavior in Rippling before you rely on a no-reupload update. SCORM reports only while the browser course is open.
