Honen for Intellum customer education

Honen helps teams draft and review customer training while Intellum manages the catalog, access, and completion record. Export a reviewed Honen SCORM 1.2 package and test it as an Intellum e-learning activity. Check any other format with your Intellum team before rollout.

Use the enabled format

Intellum says its platform supports SCORM 1.2 and AICC by default. SCORM 2004, xAPI, and cmi5 are supported only after an account admin requests enablement through an Intellum CSM. A vendor statement about Evolve export formats does not mean that every Intellum tenant can import them. Start with SCORM 1.2 unless your tenant has a verified reason to change.

Intellum's own Evolve authoring tool has a native publishing route into the platform. Honen is a separate authoring route for a Honen-hosted course and tutor. Compare them against the same source, review process, and reporting requirements.

Review the source and learner result

Give Honen a current customer procedure. Ask the source owner to check product terms, exception steps, assessment answers, and tutor replies. Use short active sentences and one approved term per concept. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms.

Honen's thin package can load current approved content when a learner opens it. A hosted text correction can appear without another ZIP upload. Test structural or tracking changes before release. The live lesson requires access to Honen's host.

SCORM writes completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data only while the course is open. Intellum can save and report SCORM activity interactions when that property is enabled and the package sends the data. Intellum cautions that closing the activity page or browser extensions can disrupt reporting. Separate xAPI forwarding to your own LRS needs its own configuration and test.

Which format works by default?

Intellum says SCORM 1.2 and AICC work by default. Test the Honen SCORM 1.2 package in your tenant.

Can I use SCORM 2004 or cmi5?

Intellum requires an account admin to request enablement for SCORM 2004, xAPI, and cmi5 through its CSM.

Can Intellum report question interactions?

It can save SCORM interactions when the activity property is enabled and the package sends them. Check a real report first.

Does Evolve publish to Intellum without SCORM?

Yes. Intellum describes an Evolve native publishing route. Honen uses an external package route.

Does AI certification replace editorial review?

No. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms before release.
