AI course creator for Intellum customer training
Use Honen to draft an onboarding lesson from approved source material, then have a product owner review it for customers in Intellum. Honen for Intellum explains the SCORM delivery choice.
Turn one task into a lesson

Select a customer action, such as setting up an account or assigning a role. Provide the current procedure, the expected result, and known limits. Ask Honen for a short sequence and a practice question. Check every UI name and answer with the product owner. Test a tutor question outside the source; it must not invent a feature.
Use short active sentences and one term for each product concept. Put one action in each instruction. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms.
Choose authoring and delivery on purpose
Intellum says Evolve can publish directly into Intellum. Honen instead supplies an external, live SCORM package. Select Honen when its hosted lesson and tutor fit the program. Use a SCORM 1.2 export for the first Intellum test. Other formats need tenant enablement through the Intellum CSM.
Intellum's support policy places package behavior with the package author. Test launch, pause and resume, completion, and score with a learner account. Keep the course open until the final SCORM result is written. If an imported lesson does not complete, inspect the package and the Intellum record before changing the customer course.
