SCORM authoring tool for Dayforce Learning
Honen authors a course for Dayforce Learning and exports a SCORM ZIP. The Honen and Dayforce Learning page explains the full workflow.
Choose the format and rule

The current New Dayforce Learning file specification accepts SCORM 1.2 and 2004 and prefers 2004. The ZIP limit is 1 GB and imsmanifest.xml must be present. Define the completion and pass rules before export. Test those rules with a learner account rather than assuming the upload proves them.
Make the lesson easy to follow
Use approved source files and ask Honen to draft a short lesson and check. Review every fact and answer. Use an active verb in each instruction and one action per step. Keep the same term for the same object. Honen can help draft and review this style, but a qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. Honen does not give an automatic compliance score.
Verify delivery
- Export SCORM 2004 or the 1.2 version your team selected.
- Upload the ZIP through your Dayforce Learning course flow.
- Test a pass, a fail, and a resume attempt.
- Inspect completion, score, and time in Dayforce.
- Change one approved line in Honen and relaunch to verify the thin package loads it in your tenant.
SCORM communicates through the open browser course. It does not send server-to-server grades after the learner exits. The Honen tutor stays within the launched course; test the display in your browser policy.
