AI course creator for Dayforce Learning
Honen can draft a course from approved files and deliver it to Dayforce Learning as SCORM. The Honen and Dayforce Learning overview shows the import path and reporting limits.
Start with a clear task

Suppose new hires must use a revised incident-reporting process. Gather the current policy, approved form, and examples. State the action the learner must take. Give only those current sources to Honen. Ask it for short lessons, practice cases, and checks.
Check the draft against the policy. Confirm every deadline, contact, exception, and answer. Use short, active instructions with one action per step. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms when controlled language is required. Honen helps draft and review; it does not certify conformance.
Compare Dayforce's native option
New Dayforce Learning also has an AI Course Creator when AI Features is enabled. It can create an outline, content, images, and quizzes. Dayforce instructs administrators to review AI output for accuracy. Use Honen when its separate authoring flow, tutor, and course-level learning detail fit your needs. Compare both with a real source file.
Deliver and test
Export a Honen SCORM ZIP. Dayforce documents SCORM 1.2 and 2004, with 2004 preferred in the current guide. Upload the ZIP to a New Dayforce Learning course or add it as a SCORM page. Test completion, score, time, and resume. A Honen live package loads current content on a later launch, but you must test its hosted launch in your tenant. SCORM reports during the open browser session.
