Honen can help you draft, review, and deliver a course to ADP Workforce Now Essential Learning. ADP says this product accepts uploaded SCORM content. Check the exact learning product in your account before you export a package. ADP Learning Management for Vantage HCM and LMS products sold through ADP Marketplace have different workflows.

Check which ADP product you use

ADP Workforce Now Essential Learning lists SCORM, xAPI, and MP4 among its upload formats. ADP also lists a distinct Learning Management product for Vantage HCM. Its public feature page describes reports and course materials, but does not give the supported SCORM version or upload steps. Ask your ADP administrator to confirm those details in the tenant.

An LMS in ADP Marketplace is a separate vendor product. For example, the TalentLMS Connector for ADP Workforce Now syncs employee data to an existing TalentLMS account. Import the SCORM package into TalentLMS using its own documented format and upload flow. An ADP employee data connector does not make every marketplace LMS share one import flow.

Create and review the course in Honen

Start with an approved policy, procedure, slide deck, or video. State the learner's task. Honen can draft a course, questions, and a tutor experience. The source owner must check each fact, answer, and exception. Test the tutor on questions the source can and cannot answer.

Write short sentences. Use active verbs. Put one action in each instruction. Use one approved term for one concept. A qualified editor must review the applicable ASD-STE100 rules, approved dictionary, and domain terms. Honen helps prepare a draft.

Deliver and update a live package

Confirm the SCORM version, package limits, and launch settings in your ADP product. Then export the matching Honen package and test it as a learner. Honen's thin package loads current approved course content when the learner opens it. A content correction in Honen can appear without another ZIP upload. Test any change to tracking, navigation, or package structure. A live course needs access to Honen's host during launch.

For SCORM, the package reports completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data only while the course is open. ADP Workforce Now Essential Learning describes employee completion tracking and custom reports. Verify the fields that your package and tenant actually show. Honen can give the course owner deeper learning activity; separate xAPI forwarding to your own LRS needs its own setup.
