Compliance training for ADP learning systems
Use Honen to draft and update a policy lesson. Use your ADP learning product to assign it and record completion. ADP Workforce Now Essential Learning accepts custom SCORM content and offers completion tracking. See Honen for ADP learning systems to distinguish that product from Vantage and marketplace LMSs.
Build from the controlling policy

Record the policy owner, version, and effective date. Name the action a learner must perform. For safety training, include the stop condition. For privacy training, include the approved handling route. For onboarding, include the current contact and escalation rule. Ask the policy owner to resolve conflicting source text before drafting.
Ask Honen for short lessons, practice questions, and tutor help. The policy owner must check each rule, threshold, and answer. Test an out-of-scope question; the tutor must not invent an exception.
Use short sentences and active verbs. Put one action in each instruction. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. Honen does not certify conformity.
Test delivery and records
Confirm the SCORM version that your ADP tenant accepts. Export the matching Honen package. Launch it as a test learner.
Complete the required final action and exit. Check the ADP completion record and any score your course sends. SCORM status and score return while the course is open. Do not assume a later server update will fill a missing result.
Honen's live package can load corrected approved content on the next launch without another ZIP upload. Record the change and test any revision that affects navigation, questions, completion, or resume data. Decide how learners with an open attempt should handle the new version.
