AI course creator for UKG Pro Learning: start with the worker's task
Use Honen to draft a course for UKG Pro Learning from approved source files. Review the lesson and tutor, then upload its SCORM ZIP as a UKG course lecture. See Honen for UKG Pro Learning for the full path.
Choose a current source

Name the task and the worker group. Use a current policy, equipment procedure, or onboarding guide. Record the source owner and revision date. For a safety process, include the stop condition and escalation route. Ask the owner to resolve conflicting steps before drafting.
Draft and review in Honen
- Give Honen the source and learner goal.
- Check the outline with a subject expert.
- Check each fact, question, and answer.
- Test tutor replies to an unsupported exception.
- Ask a qualified editor to check controlled language.
Use short sentences and active verbs. Put one action in each instruction. Use one approved term for each concept. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms.
Deliver in UKG Pro Learning
UKG documents adding SCORM as a course lecture. The current SCORM guide lists 1.2 and 2004, but an older tool guide differs. Confirm the version in your tenant.
Export the matching Honen ZIP. Upload it in the Training Admin course's Lectures area. Launch as a test learner, finish, exit, and check completion. SCORM data returns while the course is open.
