How to upload a Honen SCORM ZIP for Tutor LMS with GrassBlade

Upload the package through GrassBlade xAPI Companion, then select it in a Tutor LMS lesson through Experience API for Tutor LMS. Tutor LMS's JSON Import/Export tool is not the SCORM route. See Honen with Tutor LMS for the full setup.

SCORM support alone does not verify Honen's hosted launcher in Tutor LMS with GrassBlade. Test the exact ZIP, learner launch, and result in your site before rollout.

Prepare the connector and LRS

GrassBlade's setup guide lists Tutor LMS, xAPI Companion, Experience API for Tutor LMS, and GrassBlade Cloud LRS. Confirm these pieces work in a staging site. Set the LRS and completion trigger if you need module activity to complete the Tutor LMS lesson.

Upload and attach a small ZIP

1. Export a small Honen course as SCORM 1.2 from an organization workspace with SCORM enabled.
2. In WordPress, open xAPI Content → Add New. Select the ZIP in xAPI Content Details and publish. GrassBlade documents this upload path.
3. In Tutor LMS 3.3.0 or later, edit the course Curriculum, open a lesson, and select the uploaded item in Add xAPI Content. The vendor guide documents other controls for older Tutor LMS releases.
4. Launch the lesson as an enrolled learner. Test the Honen tutor, score, completion, resume, the GrassBlade LRS record, and Tutor LMS lesson status.

Do not send the SCORM ZIP to Tutor LMS Import/Export. That tool imports Tutor LMS JSON. A package that displays but does not record completion still needs connector or trigger review.

Honen can help draft and review ASD-STE100-inspired controlled language. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, rules, and domain terms. Honen's live package loads approved content edits at the next launch. Re-export after package setting changes. SCORM reports while the course is open.
