Draft one unit from a controlled source

Select the current procedure, approved slide deck, and test criteria. Record the owner and revision. Ask Honen for a focused lesson, practice, and a short check. Compare each instruction and answer with the source.

For example, a Tutor LMS course can teach a photographer to back up a project. Give Honen the approved backup steps and a sample file set. Ask the course owner to check the order and recovery check. After upload, verify that GrassBlade records the result and Tutor LMS shows the expected lesson state.

Write short active sentences. Keep one term for each concept. Honen can help draft and review controlled-language content inspired by ASD-STE100. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, rules, and domain terms.

Place the package in a Tutor LMS lesson

GrassBlade's Tutor LMS integration requires xAPI Companion, Experience API for Tutor LMS, and a configured LRS for its documented path. Upload the Honen SCORM ZIP as a GrassBlade content item. In Tutor LMS versions 3.3.0 and later, the vendor's lesson instructions put that item in the course Curriculum through the lesson's Add xAPI Content control. Older releases use a different method.

Tutor LMS Import/Export uses JSON. It does not replace the GrassBlade SCORM uploader.

Test learner progress

Start with a Honen SCORM 1.2 ZIP. Complete it as a learner and check launch, tutor behavior, resume, score, LRS records, and Tutor LMS lesson completion. Configure the GrassBlade completion trigger if the lesson should complete from the module. SCORM data reports through the browser while the course is open.

Edit Honen content when approved. The live package loads the change at the next launch. Re-export for package setting changes.
