Honen for Tovuti: build training and keep your LMS

Honen helps you draft, review, and update a course that learners open in Tovuti. Tovuti remains the place for course access and records. Upload a Honen SCORM ZIP to Tovuti's eLearning Packages library, then add it to a course or lesson.

Use Tovuti's current package flow

Tovuti accepts SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 2nd, 3rd, and 4th editions. It supports single-SCO packages only. Export one SCO from Honen. In Tovuti, go to Content Creation → eLearning Packages → New. Add a title, choose the published status, browse for the ZIP, and save it. Then select that package from a course or lesson's content library.

Tovuti has its own AI authoring product, WayPoints. Honen is an additional authoring path when you want a Honen-hosted course and tutor. Compare both with the same approved source and learner task.

Review before delivery

Give Honen a current procedure, policy, slide deck, or video. Have the source owner check lesson facts, questions, and tutor replies. Test an exception the source does not answer.

Write short sentences. Use active verbs and one approved term per concept. Put one action in each instruction. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, the approved dictionary, and domain terms.

Update and inspect the result

Honen's thin package loads current approved content when a learner opens it. A hosted text correction can appear without another ZIP upload. Tovuti requires a new package configuration for a replacement ZIP. Test structural and tracking changes before rollout. A live course needs access to Honen's host.

SCORM completion, pass or fail, score, time, and resume data return only while the course is open. Tovuti can show SCORM scores, status, interactions, and objectives in learner transcripts when those report options and package data are present. Separate Honen xAPI forwarding to your own LRS needs its own setup.

Which SCORM versions can I use?

Tovuti lists SCORM 1.2 and 2004 2nd through 4th editions. Use one SCO and test the package.

Can I add a package directly to a course?

Upload it to eLearning Packages first. Then select it in the course or lesson content library.

Does a Honen text edit need a new ZIP?

Approved hosted text can load through the existing package. Re-test tracking or structural changes.

Does Tovuti already offer AI authoring?

Yes. Compare WayPoints and Honen against your source, review, and tutor needs.

Is an AI draft ASD-STE100 conformant?

A qualified editor must check the applicable rules and approved terms.
