Compliance training content for Schoox

Use Honen to draft a short course from approved safety or policy text. Deliver it as a SCORM lecture, then use Schoox to assign and track the course. See Honen with Schoox for the package path.

Separate the lesson from the compliance record

Before and after illustration of a long policy sentence rewritten as three short instructions
Illustrative rewrite. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, terms, and the approved dictionary.

A course completion is not the whole compliance decision. Schoox compliance curricula can award a certificate. Schoox treats an active certificate as compliant when a certificate is required; without one, it uses current 100% curriculum progress. Choose that setting with your policy owner before assigning workers. Check expiry and retraining rules in the academy.

For a chemical-handling lesson, name the exact PPE, stop-work trigger, and supervisor contact. Ask Honen to draft one action per step. Have a qualified editor check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, domain terms, and legal or safety facts.

Make the check match the work. Ask the learner to choose the correct action when a label is missing or a spill exceeds the local response limit. Use the approved procedure to write the answer and the feedback. Do not invent a threshold. Keep the source version and reviewer name with the course so the team can trace each instruction when the procedure changes.

Test the evidence

Complete the SCORM lecture as a learner and use Close and Exit. Schoox warns that closing only the browser can lose progress. Confirm the lecture status, curriculum status, and certificate separately. SCORM reports while the course is open; a later Honen edit does not itself prove a learner took the new lesson.

Test an incomplete attempt as well as a pass. Record which Schoox rule changes the curriculum to complete and which rule issues the certificate. If the policy changes, decide whether workers need reassignment or a new certificate period. Check that decision in Schoox before you release the revised Honen lesson.
