Use native Relias tools when accreditation, licensing, or policy attestations must remain in that ecosystem. Use Honen for its separate source-based course draft and tutor. Validate the final learning record in Relias; Honen's course-level mastery view is separate from a Relias transcript.

Verify delivery before rollout

Relias advertises SCORM support, but its public materials do not establish an import screen, edition, or hosted-package behavior. Ask your administrator for those settings and run a learner pilot. SCORM reports while open. A live Honen package needs a tenant launch test.
