Start with the learner action

For a customer-support procedure, collect the current script and escalation rules. Ask Honen to create a short practice case. Check every exception and answer. Use short, active sentences, one action per step, and consistent terms. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. Honen helps draft and review, but does not certify conformance.

Deliver and inspect the result

Eloomi accepts SCORM 1.2 and 2004, prefers 2004, and requires a single SCO under 1 GB. Upload as a SCORM Course or a page in an Eloomi-built course. Test completion, pass/fail, score, time, and resume. Honen's thin package loads current content on later launches; verify that hosted behavior in your tenant. SCORM reports while the course is open.
