Honen, Articulate, and iSpring for Bridge LMS
Bridge accepts SCORM from outside authoring tools and has Bridge Author Pro. Select a tool for the course design, then test Bridge's required reporting pair. The Honen and Bridge page explains that rule.

Bridge Author Pro can publish directly to Bridge, but changed content must be republished there and then published in the LMS. Articulate Rise also has Connected Packages in Labs. Honen's package is live by default; test its hosted launch in Bridge. Use iSpring for slide-centered training and its quiz or simulation tools. iSpring describes those features.
Check the Bridge record
Whatever tool you choose, make it send two of completion, success, and score. Check the passing threshold and learner relevance. Review facts and answers. Use short, active steps with consistent terms. Honen helps draft and review controlled language; a qualified editor must check approved words, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms.
