Compliance training content for Opus Training
Use Honen to draft a short course from approved food-safety or workplace procedures. Build or convert the reviewed course in Opus, then assign it with Opus's native role and location rules. See Honen with Opus Training for the SCORM conversion caveat.
Map each risk to evidence

Opus documents recurring assignments, expiration tracking, certificates, and reports by role or site. Decide which record a regulator or internal auditor requires. For allergen service, a course can teach the handoff rule. A manager check can show whether the worker applies it during a shift. Review translated courses against local policy.
Give Honen the approved allergen matrix, cleaning rule, and escalation contact. Ask for short, active steps. A food-safety expert must check every ingredient and cross-contact claim. A qualified editor must check the approved dictionary, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain terms. Honen helps draft and review; it does not certify legal or controlled-language compliance.
Build a scenario that follows the handoff from order entry to food service. Ask what the worker must do when an ingredient is uncertain. Keep the answer in the approved matrix and escalation rule. Do not let an AI draft guess that a menu item is safe. Check translated versions with a qualified reviewer before workers use them. Record the source date and the person who approved each language.
Inspect the converted lesson
Opus says SCORM is imported and converted. Test whether questions, warnings, and completion survive. Inspect the Opus learner and manager records. Update the Opus version when the source changes; do not assume a Honen edit changes a converted course automatically.
Use a worker test account on a phone and a manager test account for the record. Complete one course, leave one incomplete, and check what each account shows. If the lesson needs a live tutor or live Honen updates, verify those features after conversion. If they do not survive, choose the native Opus route and maintain its course copy as the source changes.
