Compliance training content for Axonify frontline teams

Draft a task-specific safety module in Honen, then use Axonify's frontline program to assign and reinforce the behavior. See Honen with Axonify before planning a SCORM import.

Train the action that reduces risk

Illustrative rewrite. A qualified editor must check ASD-STE100 rules, terms, and the approved dictionary.

Axonify's compliance guidance emphasizes brief, role-specific instruction and repeated practice. For an equipment lockout, name the authorized role, isolation point, verification step, and stop-work condition. Ask Honen for short, active sentences and one action per step. A safety expert must verify every hazard. A qualified editor must check approved terms, ASD-STE100 rules, and domain words. Honen helps draft and review; it does not certify regulatory or controlled-language compliance.

Use the approved lockout procedure as the source for each action. Give the learner a choice between a safe stop and an unsafe shortcut. Explain the correct choice with the same terms that workers see on site. If a rule varies by equipment or location, name that limit in the lesson and route the learner to the local procedure. Keep the source version with the reviewed draft.

Separate course and reinforcement

Axonify's admin training mentions uploading SCORM modules, but public docs do not establish a version or exact upload path. Test a Honen module in your tenant. Use native Axonify questions or campaigns for recurring reinforcement when that is the required learning record. Inspect assignment, completion, and manager reports with a test worker. A later Honen edit does not prove retraining; SCORM sends data while the module is open.

Run one test for the initial module and a second for the native reinforcement questions. Record what each Axonify report shows. A passing module result can show that the learner completed the lesson; repeated question results can show whether the team remembers the rule. If the procedure changes, update both the Honen lesson and the Axonify reinforcement. Verify the new assignment reaches the affected roles.
