About this atom

Most people using Mallard Bay already know their way around the basics. Reports are where a lot of them get stuck, not because the tool is hard, but because the new interface looks different and nobody explained what changed or why. This course fixes that.

You'll walk through every part of the new reports: changing date ranges to pull the numbers you actually need, exporting to CSV or PDF for an accountant, and using Susie to build a report that doesn't exist yet. You'll also learn how to use resource count to generate daily meal totals, something the chef needs and most staff don't know how to produce.

The course is one lesson, focused on exactly what you need to use reports confidently on the job. By the end, you'll know how to get the right data out of Mallard Bay and into the hands of the people who need it.

Skills you'll learn

Date Range Filtering

Change a report's date range to pull current, accurate numbers instead of defaults.

Report Export

Export any report to CSV or PDF so an accountant or outside team can use the data.

Custom Report Building

Use Susie to create a report that doesn't exist yet and save it with a name you'll find again.

Resource Count for Meal Planning
