A Beginner's Guide to Godly Health

Most health advice assumes something is wrong with you. This course starts from a different premise: your body already knows what it needs, and you've just been sold a detour.

About this course

The wellness industry didn't exist in its current form before 2020. When gyms closed and routines collapsed, a vacuum opened up, and a thousand brands rushed in with the same message: your body is broken, and we have the fix. Supplements, systems, programs, protocols. Most of it was noise built on a real anxiety. This course starts by naming that, because you can't evaluate what you can't see. From there, the course works through the actual basics. What Genesis 1:29 says food is, and why the "health food" aisle is mostly a repackaging of the same processed ingredients. Why treadmills miss the point of movement, and what your body was built to do instead. Why the Sabbath wasn't a suggestion but a biological requirement. Why your attention feels fractured and what short-form content is doing to the dopamine pathway that makes reading feel hard. Each unit is one idea, explained clearly, with one thing you can do this week. By the end, you'll build a personalized 7-day protocol that pulls every unit together into a daily rhythm you can keep. Not a diet. Not a challenge. A return to what was already there before the marketing started. You don't need a new system. You need to stop running the old ones that aren't yours.
