Introducing Honen Agent
Publishing a course is only part of running training. Someone still has to check whether the material is current, assign it to the right people, follow up on unfinished work, and figure out where learners need help. That work keeps coming back as policies change and new people join.
Honen Agent brings that work into one conversation. You can create training from your organization's knowledge, manage its delivery, and use learner progress to decide what needs attention. Give the Agent a task, set its access and instructions, and put recurring work on a schedule.
Keep training connected to the work
Consider an expense policy. Finance updates the hotel allowance in a source document, but the onboarding course still teaches the old amount. Finding every affected lesson and question becomes another job for the training team.
With your sources connected to Honen's Knowledge Base, you can schedule an Agent to check the relevant courses against the latest material. It can identify what needs to change and prepare updates for review. Your team can inspect the proposed changes and approve them through your publishing process before they reach learners.
Source sync, scheduled checks, and publication each have a role. You choose which knowledge and courses the Agent can access, what it should look for, and who reviews its work. The same approach works for product documentation, support playbooks, and partner training.
Create the course and manage what happens next
Honen Agent can build a course from your sources, including readings, quizzes, flashcards, slides, podcasts, comics, and videos. Review the outline, ask for changes, and preview the course beside the conversation. If you need one activity or an assessment, you can create that too.
The conversation also covers the work around the course. Ask the Agent to organize groups, plan a curriculum, invite people, or assign training. It works within your permissions and can use your workspace's brand and templates as you create content.
Once training is assigned, ask who has started, who has finished, and who needs attention before the due date. Set up recurring checks and follow-up tasks so your team can respond to learners who are falling behind. You can open past Agent runs to see what happened and review the result.
Help people work through what they do not understand
Getting someone to finish a course is only part of the job. They also need a way to ask questions and practice applying what they have learned.
Honen's AI tutor gives learners help inside the course. They can ask about the material, work through practice activities, and get guidance when they are stuck. When enabled, the tutor can look up relevant course content and Knowledge Base sources. Adaptive courses can offer extra topics for a learner to accept, while proactive tutor settings let you choose when it should offer help.
Progress and assessment results give your team a reason to revisit the training itself. If people keep struggling with the same policy or process, ask the Agent to revise the explanation or add practice, then review the change before publishing it.
Whether you are training employees, educating partners, or onboarding customers, you can start with one recurring job: keep a course current, check an assignment, or improve a lesson people struggle with.
