About this course

Most people use AI in their job search the same way they used spell-check: to clean things up at the end. That's not wrong, but it misses most of the value. This course shows you how to use AI at every stage of the search, from the first draft of your resume to the final round of interviews. You'll learn how to tailor application materials for specific roles without starting from scratch each time, build a portfolio that shows how you think and not just what you can produce, and practice interviews at a volume and depth that most candidates never get to. The bigger shift this course is about is strategic, not technical. Recruiters are reading faster than ever, competition has widened, and the bar for "standing out" has moved. You don't need to do more. You need to direct your effort at the things that actually change outcomes: materials that are specific to the role, interview prep that goes past rehearsed answers, and a clear read on what your skills are worth. AI makes all of that faster and more precise if you know how to use it. If you don't, it mostly makes generic things faster. By the end, you'll also have a longer view of what you're building toward. The last unit steps back from the immediate job search to look at which roles are growing because of AI, which skills hold their value regardless of what tools change, and how to build a career strategy that doesn't rely on guessing. The job market is shifting. This course is about knowing how to shift with it.
