Agents where your team already works, and xAPI in both directions

• Agents are assistants you build in your workspace and put where people already are — Slack, Microsoft Teams, iMessage, or a chat embedded on your own site. Write the instructions, set the guardrails, choose what it can reach. The same agent answers on every channel it is connected to.
• An agent's access is decided once. Start from a profile — answer questions, build courses, run learning operations — or name the exact knowledge and courses it may use. What you set is the limit, whatever anyone asks the agent to do.
• LMS through xAPI sends your learning records to the record store you already run, like Watershed, Learning Locker, or SCORM Cloud. Where SCORM reports a score, this reports what happened — which activity, how long, what result. Honen is a record store of its own as well: mint a credential and another system can read those records or write its own into the same place.
• Export a course for your LMS from one action on the course, and pick SCORM or cmi5 from a menu that says what each one is for. cmi5 is ready in an organization workspace, and the package stays live — edit the course and every LMS you deployed it to has the change.

A tutor that can look things up, and assignments that cover one piece

• Added an Advanced tutor option on each course. A stronger model, and a chat that shows headings, tables, code a learner can copy, and pictures. A learner can attach a photo or a file.
• Turn on search of the Knowledge Base, the whole course, or illustrations, and the tutor looks something up, finds where else it appears, or draws a diagram. Point at a topic with @ and it can offer to open it.
• Assignments can cover a unit, a topic, a reading, a test, or a project. The link opens that piece. Finishing one section leaves the rest of the course as it was.
• Single Activity Links open one piece of a course on its own. When the learner finishes, they can go back to Slack or another site you allow.

• Citations mark the Knowledge Base passages a reading drew on. Generate a course from your library and numbered markers sit in the sentences they support. Open one for the quoted text and the source.
• A course chooses how much of a cited source a learner can see — the name, the quoted passage, or the full document. New courses inherit a workspace default.
• A reading lists every source it used, each with the passage it drew on.

• Google Classroom takes a Honen course or a graded activity. Install the add-on, attach it to a post, and learners get access when they open it. Graded work writes a score back to the Classroom gradebook.
• OneDrive is now a source you can sync to the Knowledge Base. Sign in, pick files or a folder, and they land there — Office files, PDFs, and images included. Honen keeps them current.
• SharePoint document libraries sync into the Knowledge Base. Sign in, pick a site, a library, or files, and Honen mirrors the tree.
• Highlight a passage in the course editor preview and add it to the assistant. The quote and where it came from travel with the request.

• Document360 is now a source you can sync to the Knowledge Base. Connect your project, pick a category or the whole workspace, and published articles land there — nested categories as folders, images included. Honen keeps the pages current.
• The course editor assistant sees the reading, lecture, or project you have open, so you can say make this better without naming it.

• Courses name the topics, tests, and projects still left to finish, on the same bar as the rest of the course. A reading counts when the article ends.

• Guardrails set the limits the AI tutor holds with learners — academic integrity, child safety, staying on the course. Write them for the organization or start from a library written for each age group. Mark one for every course and it applies across the workspace; a course picks up the rest in its own settings.

• Courses open each topic as Learn, Practice & Reinforce, then Prove. Learn starts open. Later phases stay collapsed until you expand them.

• The course editor names the unit, topic, or project when a file can't be read, and offers to ask the assistant to repair it.
• A course file with a stray character is repaired as you apply your changes.

• Salesforce Knowledge syncs into the Knowledge Base. Sign in to your org and pick a data category group — Honen mirrors the category tree as folders and the published articles inside them, images included. Pick your whole knowledge base instead and every published article lands in one place.
• A Salesforce article that gets republished updates on its own, and one that gets unpublished comes out. Articles filed under more than one category appear under each.
• An incident on Honen appears as a banner at the top of the dashboard, with a link to the status page.
• Content sources on the way appear with the same name and description as the ones you can connect.

• Courses in Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, and Urdu follow the script. Readings, quizzes, tests, flashcards, lectures, podcasts, comics, and chat align the way that language is read.
• Ask for a course in another language and Honen writes the outline and every activity in it.

• Confluence spaces can sync into the Knowledge Base. Connect your Atlassian site, choose a space, and Honen mirrors the page tree — nested pages as folders, each page as a document, images included.

• Notion is now a source you can sync to the Knowledge Base. Sign in, pick pages or a database, and they land there — sub-pages and images included. Honen keeps the pages current.

Sites you can share, and a Knowledge Base that reads the web

• Sites can be open to anyone with no sign-in, shared with editors who can publish, or live at a path on a site you already have — your academy, on your terms.
• Point the Knowledge Base at a website and Honen crawls it into searchable pages, on a schedule. Paste a YouTube link and the transcript comes with it.
• Paste a YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom link into a reading and the video plays on the page.
• Workspace admins can open any course their team made and start editing, with no invite to wait on.

• Connect any MCP server — the standard way a tool hands its data to AI. Point Honen at one and it works out the sign-in itself, on the first try, including from your own domain.
• Publish Knowledge Base folders as a live docs section on a Site. Edit a document in Honen and the academy updates without a redeploy.
• A security review of the whole MCP sign-in handoff. The keys to your tools stay yours.

• Sharing on every course. Private, your workspace, or anyone with the link — and people who need access can request it in one click.
• Audience targeting for Explore. Curate a different front page for each group.
• A clearer path to a plan: set your exact seat count, see the cost broken down, and compare plans side by side.

Single sign-on

• Single sign-on. Your people reach their workspace with the company login they already have.
