About this course

This programme is built for front-line associates across healthcare, BFS, and CMT workflows. No prior AI experience is required. By the end, associates will explain AI/ML/NLP/Gen AI/agentic AI in plain language, use human judgment to know when NOT to use AI, apply responsible-AI and PII/HIPAA/GDPR/PCI guardrails, write structured prompts with the RCTCF framework, and build a personal AI-powered productivity toolkit. Earning the internal badge requires passing the graded assessments in Modules 1 and 3.
